Great opening last night for Paper or Plastic, a vinyl doll show using the iconic KidRobot Munny design.

update on the painting...
coming along, gotta boost the colors and mess around with the distance between the head and gun/hand.. detail out the hand and gun a little bit more.. make dude's visor glow...
 etc etc etc

Baby is sleeping and I am totally in a painting mood...
knocking out the large dark/light areas.. gonna go back in with an even,semi transparent  tone over  it all here in a little bit... then off to bed.

New Painting started... a robot for Alayna's nephew.

Another Munny art show is going to be held in November at Summit Art Space. Totally stoked about being a part of it again this year...

picked up my Munny (and some supplies! did someone say Nazi's?) last week before the big move...

can't wait to get started on him!!! :D

A new painting...

I've been working on it off and on for a couple months, and finally finished it just in the nick of time!

My little girl, Flora, is due at the end of July and I wanted to make something special for her room...

Recently, late night talk-show host, Conan O'Brien, held a contest for artists to portray his super-hero alter-ego "The Flaming C". (Here's the link.)

I figured I would give it a go, considering I am a huge fan!
